After we communicate by e-mail, snail mail and phone (tell me the best time to reach you by phone, technology is great, but I still like a human voice), I will send you a Letter of Agreement. I encourage your questions at this time.

After you sign the agreement and send a specified deposit or monthly retainer, I will arrange for an initial onsite planning meeting with you at your place of business.

Of course, you may prefer to conduct all business by phone, e-mail or snail mail.
